  • Terms: 10% deposit due on Auction Day (deposit from online winners must be received by Heritage no later than Tuesday November 20, 2018 by 5pm [cst]). Balance due at closing within 30 days of Seller/Court approval, not subject to financing. Seller to pay for Statutory Warranty Deed, back taxes (if any), and auction fees at closing. Buyer to pay all other closing costs, including but not limited to recording fees, title insurance (should buyer desire), survey (should buyer desire), inspections (should buyer desire), closing agent or attorney fees, etc. Buyer will be responsible for taxes due and payable 10/1/19. Missing the deposit deadline will result in the immediate termination of the high bidder’s rights and the property may be sold or re-offered without any further notice given.

  • IN PERSON Buyer's Premium: For all IN PERSON ONSITE bidders, there is NO buyer’s premium.

  • ONLINE Buyer's Premium: For all ONLINE bidders, a 0.1% (one tenth of one percent or 0.001) internet premium will be added to all properties. Example: on a winning bid of $100,000, the buyer’s premium would be $100.
